I would like to start by saying they got me scheduled quickly for a simple oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change. Service went pretty fast too! The dealer informed me of a Ford defect in the tailgate and was able to replace the damaged tailgate at no charge to me. It was something I was unaware of so I was grateful they brought it up so I could ge and was able to replace the damaged tailgate at no charge to me. It was just a lot of scheduling issues and wrong parts ordered. Every time we brought it there, they said it would be done in a day and ended up having to keep it there overnight to get things worked on t ordered. They never put the covers back on after doing the camera work. The wires were exposed when they brought it back to us. More
