Their time estimate for the work was off by an hour, which happens of course. But the main problem I had was the car being returned dirty and with a broken tail light. Then female service supervisor did which happens of course. But the main problem I had was the car being returned dirty and with a broken tail light. Then female service supervisor did not smile, and did not apologize for my inconvenience or didn't do anything but tell me I had to come back again to get my tail light replaced. She seemed irritated and exacerbated with my for asking questions. She said nothing about the dirt all over the back of my car (which was not there when I brought it in.) I came back to get the tail light replaced and asked for a car wash before they returned it to me. Jacob said he would do that personally. He also apologized for underestimating my original service issue. By the way, that issue was a bad back up camera and apparently Detroit's lengthy response to that warranty work. Not happy. Will look for a new dealership for service work now. More

They tried to rip me off. I had an oil change and they said my alignment was off. I needed sway bars front/back then alignment. This is not true, i had the alignment done 3,50 I had an oil change and they said my alignment was off. I needed sway bars front/back then alignment. This is not true, i had the alignment done 3,500 miles ago and the sway bars are fine. You don't need an alignment with sway bars. Monica could not answer my questions. Poor. More
