I had my very first really great experience at a car dealership! NO, this was not my first time! I'm 68 and have bought many cars from dealerships in the West Bend area, my first in 1984. This was by dealership! NO, this was not my first time! I'm 68 and have bought many cars from dealerships in the West Bend area, my first in 1984. This was by far the very best experience I have had to date. This in great part due to the salesperson Louie Houglin and the finance genius, Kala who got me a screaming 1.9% finance rate. The process was quick, no pressure and somehow strangely pleasurable. Serious! Seems to me they are doing everything right. I'm already recommending my neighbor see Louie. Thanks to all there! More
