Staff is friendly, but they've lost my business. I have 2 ford vehicles and a lot of the time things do not get fixed. For example, I had a transmission issue and my head light was aimed at the ground. I pic ford vehicles and a lot of the time things do not get fixed. For example, I had a transmission issue and my head light was aimed at the ground. I picked it up and they said both were fixed, but both problems remained. I took my vehicle to another shop and they said the transmission fluid was never changed when Gordie said it was. My head light is still pointed down even though I was charged to have my head light aimed properly. I had an airbag recall. Took it in and got the recall done, my passenger air bag light is still flashing off and on after they did the recall. I called and told them about the problem. The first thing that was said, just drive around after awhile it should turn off. Never turned off, called again they said bring it in. I brought it in and was told they can look into it for a diagnostic fee. Also the air bag cover dose not complete cover the hole, like a tab was broken so now it doesn't sit right. Other ford I needed brakes checked, vehicle has less than the 36000 miles on it. Said rotors are warped they can machine them down, ok. After less than 3 weeks rotors were supposedly warped again and I was told I need to spend $1000 for front brakes. Needed a front end alignment, While I was driving home my steering wheel had to be turned about 30 degrees to keep the tires straight. I called and took it right back in. They blamed uneven roads and said that it was fine, but took it back into the shop. Even though they claimed that they didn't do anything the issue was resolved. And my most recent issue is my light bulb keeps going out, I told them it was a short it was not the light bulb. They called me with an estimate of almost $400 to replace all my light bulbs. Why if it was only one light bulb that was not working? I bought a bulb from a parts store and changed it myself for $20. Good thing, because it's still not working. Not surprising, because I already explained that it was never the bulb to begin with. Getting a second opinion somewhere else, I was told it's a pigtail assembly. So, if I would've spent the $400 for lightbulbs I would've had to go back and be charged for them to diagnose and fix what the real problem was. My wallet can't take the punishment anymore. I do feel sorry for they people who come in and don't know any better. I was always told to end on a good note. I enjoyed the snacks and drinks. More

The online add was incorrect in that it stated the vehicle had leather seats and it didn't. The pictures showed it with a tonneau cover which it also didn't have. Neither of these were deal breakers as it was basically the truck I wanted at fair price and I'm going to put a cap on it anyway. The main reason for the one star rating is that I negotiated for a "decent set" of floor mats. I received two Weathertech front mats, the drivers side not fitting at all and the passenger side being one of their lower cost models that only sort of fits. I did not receive a mat for the back seat at all. I suppose you can make an argument that the front constitutes a "set" and that being Weathertech made them "decent". But when you add it all up it's going to cost me over $200 for mats and no matter how much I like the truck I feel like the whole transaction was a shell game. I gave Scott 2 stars because he allegedly is mailing me the IPass I left in my vehicle. More

Dropped truck off by 6:45 am and out the key in the box for service scheduled at 2:30pm. At 3:45pm, called to ask if trucks oil change was done and they said I never dropped the truck off. I told them it for service scheduled at 2:30pm. At 3:45pm, called to ask if trucks oil change was done and they said I never dropped the truck off. I told them it was dropped off before they even opened in the morning. The person on the phone then said they checked the box 5 minutes before I was there. Meanwhile there were people inside watching me put the key in the box. So they knew I put the key in there. They then said they will get the oil change done in the next hour. I got a call just before 5pm that the truck was done. Poor service and and accurately blaming the customer. More
