Customer service was great. Josh was awesome, but the actual service done to the truck was poor. Service manager at west bend, threatened calling cops because I did not get a call the previous week....then refused to work on truck that Ford approved repairs amd said I am not eligible for repairs anymore. Spoke to Overall manager, never heard back.
