Good car buying experience We initially found our vehicle on the Internet and when we indicated our interest we received a prompt response and invitation to visit the dealership We initially found our vehicle on the Internet and when we indicated our interest we received a prompt response and invitation to visit the dealership to see the truck in person. At the dealership we were introduced to sales team member John Montag who was fantastic - personable, knowledgable, responsive and honest. The vehicle had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and the dealership readily agreed to repair those items which gave us a high level of comfort with Gordie Boucher West Bend and confidence in our purchase. We were pre-apprived for vehicle financing but Keith in the finance department got us an even better deal on financing. Overall, one of our best vehicle buying experiences ever. More

Two days & 3 of the 6 items have been repaired Repairs requested 1. Oil change -completed & billed me. 2. Windows auto up, adjust memory - completed under warranty. 3. Replace engine block heate Repairs requested 1. Oil change -completed & billed me. 2. Windows auto up, adjust memory - completed under warranty. 3. Replace engine block heater cord - completed under recall. 4. Check wheel alignment - “sorry no time” . 5. Door latch anti-freeze recall - “sorry no time”. 6. Seatbelt tensioner recall - “sorry no time” I called ahead to schedule an appointment. Spoke to Rick and told him about my requests so they could take care of all the items. I also explained to Rick it’s a 40 mile trip for me one way (( 40*2drop&pick service auto=80+(40*4my ride there&back=160)=240miles). I went to local Ford dealers before this. They would eagerly change the oil but had difficulty finding time to do recalls and warranty repairs. Somewhat made reference to go we’re I bought the vehicle. The following week I took my truck in the day before to drop off. Two days later Half the items were corrected. Loved the salesman Harry Lakric. Sold me what I ordered. Not to pushy but informative. Annoyed I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday and did not feel my questions were answered. I don’t feel finance and sales communicated and ended I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday and did not feel my questions were answered. I don’t feel finance and sales communicated and ended up not hearing from the dealership (sales manager) until after my pick up time. I would have taken my business elsewhere based on that experience but I didn’t want my credit to be ran again. Still confused on MSRP. Also was supposed to have a hitch installed was told I would receive a call to schedule and have not heard from anyone. This dealership is just concerned about that sale and lacks high touch customer service. More
