The transmission failed on our 2019 F50 Lariat. Another dealer in South Dakota stated that the transmission was no longer covered under warranty as we flat tow the vehicle behind our motorhome. Another dealer in South Dakota stated that the transmission was no longer covered under warranty as we flat tow the vehicle behind our motorhome. Gordie Boucher's Service Departent went above and beyond, diagnosing the issue as a know Ford transmission problem. They performed all tests, confirmed with Ford that the transmission was indeed still under warranty and would be replaced and paid by Ford. Unfortunately, with current supply chain issue, receipt of the replacement transmission took longer than expected. All is well now. Thank you Boucher Service team, especially Angie, our service coordinator. A 5 star rating for the dedicated service and communication Angie provided is not enough. I highly recommend Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln of West Bend. Customer Service as it SHOULD be, Always. More
