Service has always been good. My SUV was in recently and the only problem I had was the lack of communication as to when I was getting my vehicle back. Appointment was on Thursday. Was told probably Friday the only problem I had was the lack of communication as to when I was getting my vehicle back. Appointment was on Thursday. Was told probably Friday I would get it back. Called and was told it would be Monday but they would call. No call on Monday. Finally I called Tuesday and was told it was ready. I guess my point is they need to communicate better. Other then that have had no problems. Well still get my vehicle serviced there. More
I recently brought my Fleet Vehicle in for a Oil Change and issue I was having with my front passenger tire. I dropped it off on a Wednesday at 11 am. Jacob purposed that I replace 3 of the 4 tires due t and issue I was having with my front passenger tire. I dropped it off on a Wednesday at 11 am. Jacob purposed that I replace 3 of the 4 tires due to wear. He called me at 5:15 on Wednesday telling me he couldn't get my tires in till Thursday morning. I didn't get another call from Jacob till late Thursday afternoon which informed me that he still didn't have the tires in stock.... REALLY?? This is the #1 selling Truck in America and you can't find tires for it?? Friday I get a call stating the tires came in.... But now the tie rod needs to be repalced and he told me that they didn't know the tie rod was bad until the NEW tires were on it???? Now Jacob tells me that he won't get a Tire Rod in until Tuesday....As a reminder this is a fleet car so I use it for work.... So I asked for a loaner... Which I was informed you all didn't have a loaner until next Thursday!! WOW!! I came to pick up the vehicle on Friday as I HAD to have to do my job the following week. Jacob did schedule me for the following Friday to replace the tire rod....I dropped off Thursday late afternoon. I told Jacob that I MUST have the vehicle by 10 am on Friday as I was leaving for Minnesota... I asked him to call me as soon as it is done and he said no problem.... I had to call Jacob at 10:10 am to see the status.... The communication was terrible!! Then your automatic texting told me I missed my appointment and had to reschedule... Worst part is NOT once did not Jacob apologize for all this.... Honestly that is all I was looking for....Instead he blamed Covid for the tires not being available!!! REALLY?? I don't think it is too much to ask for a Service Writer to be apologetic and to follow up with a customer rather than having the customer have to call him!! I am quite disappointed with this experience.... I hope you can address this communication and empathy with Jacob... Not sure I will be coming back again. More

I have had my Ford vehicle service at this dealership for over 10 years. I have always had great service. My vehicle is always cared for and completed timely, this time was no exception. All the service adv over 10 years. I have always had great service. My vehicle is always cared for and completed timely, this time was no exception. All the service advisors are friendly and communicate well. Neal checked me in very efficiently. My truck was completed in 40 minutes and I was on my way. If was to offer up one area of improvement it would be the drop off procedures. This time I wasn't assigned a service advisor through the online scheduler. I wasn't sure which advisor I should to speak to. I felt a little lost however my wait was only 5 minutes from the time I exited my vehicle. This is hardly an inconvenience and did not affect my overall rating. More
I felt that the procedure with all the car photos and my signature was too much. The service intake person was polite. I bought a truck from them that had a few small issues. There was no follow up from sales. I had to call back 3 times.Treated just like a numer for sales!! Pushed out the door by service department.
