Neil came over to assist and finish the check-in with his tablet. I walked past the manager's office and received a warm hello and handshake from Ken, who got up to greet me. I then enjoyed getting some work done in the lounge area (coffee and snacks included) and was driving out with my oil changed, spot-on inspection report, and a clean vehicle at about 7:30.
