Monica was great from beginning till the end. She managed to get my work completed and am pleased the pounding in front is gone. Still have concerns about the rear struts but was told they are fine. The only real issue was the fact the car road odd so took it in to my mechanic at Goodyear since I was switching out my winter tires and had them check the alignment. They did wonder why the the rear struts were not replaced as well and told them that the dealer said they were fine but they did gave to realign my car and it's great again besides the rear. But when it came to my Service Advisor Monica, "She was great keeping me informed throughout each day till I picked up my car." Great service advisor and made me very happy and will call on her again the next time my car needs service again. More
