The transmission failed on our 2019 F50 Lariat. Another dealer in South Dakota stated that the transmission was no longer covered under warranty as we flat tow the vehicle behind our motorhome. Gordie Boucher's Service Departent went above and beyond, diagnosing the issue as a know Ford transmission problem. They performed all tests, confirmed with Ford that the transmission was indeed still under warranty and would be replaced and paid by Ford. Unfortunately, with current supply chain issue, receipt of the replacement transmission took longer than expected. All is well now. Thank you Boucher Service team, especially Angie, our service coordinator. A 5 star rating for the dedicated service and communication Angie provided is not enough. I highly recommend Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln of West Bend. Customer Service as it SHOULD be, Always. More

Angie is my favorite service associate. Unfortunately for this visit a different associate helped with my case. I didn't realize this until I went to pick up my vehicle and the invoice was for over $200 more than my anticipated cost. It is very important when calling customers with quotes that the ENTIRE quote is provided to give the customer the chance to make a fully informed decision. More
Worst dealership experience EVER! ! I bought a truck and only 1 week later it was stuck in my driveway in PARK. I called for service, they had no loaner vehicle or rental for 3 weeks. ! I spoke to a girl in service who had NO idea about the issue at hand and would not put a technician on the phone. Needless to say, I was upset about the situation as my $55,000 vehicle I just bought was my only transportation to work. How did they handle the situation? The girl in service that I talked to called the police as I was en route to drop my vehicle off for service! She LIED and said that she was threatened on the phone. I was told that they would not service my vehicle and that I had to remove it from the dealership property! I have always done business with Gordie Boucher without issue, even oil changes, UNTIL now. I did receive a phone call the next day from a manager apologizing on how the situation was handled and an offer to service my truck. I had already been forced to take it elsewhere with ALL the engine lights on. No thank you! So, when your vehicle becomes disabled and you have nothing else to drive, just KNOW, they don't care. Its all about making the money on the sale. NEVER AGAIN! They also claim that they record their phone calls but would not produce the phone call to prove what was said and what was NOT said. I'm fairly sure that anybody in a situation like that would be upset and as far as I know, nobody has been FIRED for blatantly LYING about a phone call and making a false police report. I don't ever write reviews, good or bad, but I wrote this one so that it doesn't happen to anybody else. Also, I found a rental car without issue on the same day (weird) and paid out of my pocket. Ford Motor Company is reimbursing me. More
