'07 PT Cruiser I purchased a 2007 PT Cruiser at Gordie Boucher Ford from Chuck Anderson. Working with Chuck was very enjoyable. We talked about Muscle Cars, Vintag I purchased a 2007 PT Cruiser at Gordie Boucher Ford from Chuck Anderson. Working with Chuck was very enjoyable. We talked about Muscle Cars, Vintage Cars and todays Performance Cars. He was very accomodating, letting me take the car for the weekend to show my wife and drive it around town. I enjoyed driving it and bought it on Monday to replace an '01 PT Cruiser that I owned and, unfrotunately totaled in an accident. I would definately reccomend Boucher Ford to others. Shady, Shady, Shady.....worst place in 3 state area I gave it a 1 star as there is not negative stars to give. Bought a "certified, pre-owned" car. (one of 6 cars my family has purchased) Have had 8 m I gave it a 1 star as there is not negative stars to give. Bought a "certified, pre-owned" car. (one of 6 cars my family has purchased) Have had 8 months. Was sold extended warranty package that is not worth the paper it is written on. Now vehicles had serpentine belt explode. Belt rotted due to loose/defective fitting on low pressure hose of AC compressor leaking chemicals onto belt. Dealer replaced after I paid to have vehicle towed in to the tune of 175 for tow, and 105 deductible. I drive it off the lot, stop two blocks away to get gas and I don't have any air conditioning. I call dealership or stealership, and cant get it back into be looked at for another 8 days. Fast forward to today, brought it in. Parts from same AC compressor are now defective/damaged, but it is only a coincidence from 8 days ago. "Was working when we had it". After me blowing a gasket, they "help" me and get deductible waived and get a rental car approved cause they cant get part today, or in time enough for genius to install it. Car company comes and now wants a deposit for the van. Genius service man doesn't see why I am angry. If it came down to these morons giving me a car or taking the city bus....I guess, I need a bus pass. More

The process was friendly and to-the-point for both our trade-in and new purchase and again without all the BS; from our research, we knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and both Alex and the sales manager quickly understood that from the start and made the process for a decision easy for us. We ordered and received our new car EXACTLY as what we wanted and upon delivery their business Manager (Grant W) made that process simple to understand and again, very efficient; he also worked to go above and beyond to get me every rebate I was eligible for and THAT was much more than I expected and all we can say is THANK YOU and if you need a new or used car I've got to tell you that Boucher of Kenosha is a GREAT PLACE to go to and a GREAT PLACE to purchase from and I'd highly recommend them; been through this "ringer" before folks and Boucher is now at the top of my list for places to do it again, THANK YOU all!! Bob Powers provided me with total customer satisfaction! I traveled from Carol Stream, Il. to Gordie Boucher Ford in Kenosha to purchase a 2016 F-250. The truck that I wanted had to be obtained from another I traveled from Carol Stream, Il. to Gordie Boucher Ford in Kenosha to purchase a 2016 F-250. The truck that I wanted had to be obtained from another Ford dealer in Wisconsin. My salesman, Bob Powers, promised me that they would be able to make a trade with this dealer to obtain the exact truck that I desired. After the dealers worked out the trade, Bob personally drove 1 1/2 hrs. to the other dealer to make the trade and bring the truck I wanted back to his dealer location. They provided me with a car to go have lunch while this trade process was in progress. They even reimbursed me for the lunch!! Bob brought the truck back and it is beautiful. The rest of the deal went smoothly and everyone made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I can't thank Bob enough for his determination to provide me with the exact truck that I was searching for.
