The entire experience in getting the tail light lens replaced was so easy and efficient. Titone went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and had Larry drive us to our favorite breakfas replaced was so easy and efficient. They sent video of it when it was complete then brought the truck to me at the restaurant so we could be on our way quickly. Wow! Friendly, fast service. More

We liver closer to the Ford dealer in Antioch. but much prefer the Gordie Boucher dealer in Kenosha. Entering into the service center is hardly a pleasant experience. Most times I’m asking where to go or what to do with my vehicle - like I’m the inconvenience. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to this dealership and I was quite impressed! I was greeted immediately by my assigned service contact Michael Y. He helpful. This was my first visit to this dealership and I was quite impressed! He was also great at following up with me while my truck was in for a few days. While I waited for my loaner vehicle, I was asked by 3 other workers if I was being helped yet. I will definitely be returning to this dealership if my truck needs service in the future. More

NO COMMUNICATION! !! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Nobody told me the part wasn't in! You held my car all day with no communication! I needed my car. I had appointments. It was !! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! It wasn't till my husband showed up and questioned you that you said you didn't have the part! I called to check on the car the next day and was told it was going out right away. I called 45 mins to an hour later and told you my car should have been here by now! Your comment was, it is just leaving the shop now. NO COMMUNICATION!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! More
