Bradford my contact was super polite and kept me informed of what was going on when he was aware of issues. This review in no way is a statement on him. When I called Bradford at 4:45 PM on 8/25 to get a status, he informed me the tech had already left for the day and he'd have to get back to me the next day. By noon the next day the vehicle was completed. A day and a half to install an audio module that was physically in the dealership since 8/22 seems excessive. More

No issues with the Service tech I worked with, Bradford, he was very good at communicating with me on the issues at hand but the overall experience with the amount of time that the repair too was a little o he was very good at communicating with me on the issues at hand but the overall experience with the amount of time that the repair too was a little overdone. I understand they repair may have been a longer one but each time I reached out for updates it was the same answer; saying the car is beginning work and should be a few days. I called 3 or 4 times and each time the response was the same. So it just felt like they were saying what they needed to in order to get me off the phone. Like I said this is not directed at the service tech I was working with but more of the process of keeping the customer up to date. More
