Personell at dealership were very courteous and professional however I explicitly scheduled my truck for the 10,000 mile service. I even had to correct the person making the appointment who asked if I meant an oil change. I repeated I wanted the 10,000 mile service. The service that is displayed on my ford pass app. We made the appointment and I asked for an estimate on the service and was told approximately 159.00. I brought my truck in. It was checked in and I waited for it to be finished. I received my truck back paid then left. When I got home I noticed the DEF had not been filled. I called the dealership and informed them of my issue. I was told that wasn't included in the oil change service. I explained I had scheduled my truck for the 10,000 mile service. I was told that's not what it showed in the records. We discussed it back and forth for a minute . I didn't want to listen to anymore excuses for the mix up so I ended the conversation. More
Took my two-year-old car in because of a Charging System warning while driving to Kenosha from Minnesota. They diagnosed the issue as me needing a new alternator, $1200 estimate. After two attempts they said they couldn't get it to fit, I told them to put back the old one and I will risk driving back to Minnesota. Took the car directly to my mechanic who stated it couldn't have been the alternator if I drove all the way back from Kenosha. They diagnosed the problem as a short in the wiring, fixed that and it is working fine with no new alternator. I expect a Ford Dealership mechanic to know how to fix Ford's, but they didn't. Seems to me to be a gouge the customer attitude. More
