I usually have a great experience with this dealers service department but this last oil change was a disaster.. the tech forgot to tighten the underplate and the screws came loose and put a hole in my service department but this last oil change was a disaster.. the tech forgot to tighten the underplate and the screws came loose and put a hole in my brand new tire...
