I had to ask them what they could do to make this "right". I should not have had to ask and I should not have had to explain the situation multiple times. Danny Rivera was ok with his response and maintained his professionalism. We will take our business elsewhere. My family owns three Ford vehicles and at one time owned four. We will be checking out other dealerships in the area, though Scott, in Sales, it one of the best I have ever interacted with. I spoke with Scott about this experience as well as with the person who completes the follow up phone call. I was going to call Sal ( as he has invited me to do in the past because of poor service), but decided we are done. More
