Issue with door latch on my Ford Edge Brought my vehicle in because my driver’s door latch was faulty and caused my dashboard lights saying the door was ajar coming on during operation. Al Brought my vehicle in because my driver’s door latch was faulty and caused my dashboard lights saying the door was ajar coming on during operation. Also this caused my interior lights being on and my doors not locking. Bradford Titone wrote up my vehicle, checked to see if this part was covered under my e tended warranty. Before any work was done Bradford phoned explaining what needed to be done, what the costs to me were and asked for my approval to proceed with the work. My vehicle was ready the next day and is working perfectly. My salesman, Wade Johnson checked in with me before leaving the dealership to check if I was satisfied with the work. Excellent Service I had an issue with the electric vacuum pump on the brakes and they advised me that the parts and labor was still under warranty. Oil change and inspection I was happy with the service provided and my interaction with Danny. When I first came in and exited my vehicle, no one acknowledged me. Was prompt and friendly service. Service was very prompt and friendly once i was signed in. Don't know where to go for the check in process and I wait/find someone to acknowledge me to be able to help. Haley then came into the garage and immediately greeted me. An immediate greeting and direction would be helpful. On the entrance to the personnel door, a down spout and elevated drain leak water on the walking working surface which presents a slip, trip, and fall hazard especially in the winter when the water would freeze. There is no barricade or warning line to prevent the workers from walking into the flow of traffic Good follow debrief provided after service. More
