I left my vehicle at about 1:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a ride home and was called about 3:30 that my car was done. I was picked up about 10 minutes later. I later received a video that showed my car being checked over and advised there were no issues to be addressed. More

After telling Mike that another co-worker suggested scanning for codes to see if anything came up that would explain why my Maverick only gets 32,7 mpg Mike said,’ we can’t do it today’. I was hoping he would have offered to set up another date. After talking to the service manager they sent a mobile tech to my house to scan it. While no codes came up, it still only gets 32.7 mpg. There seems to be no explanation for this. More

Reservation was for 830 and they took me on time. Went over what I was in for just to double check what I originally wanted service on. Was updated with my service rep every step of the way.
