Had had previous mechanical work done and I brought truck back because truck had the same mechanical problem. Dealership did not fix the mechanical issue that I had paid on prior appointment which was hundre back because truck had the same mechanical problem. I left my vehicle at about 1:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a ride home and was called about 3:30 that my car was done. I was picked up about 10 minutes later. When I got to Bouche tire rotation. I received a ride home and was called about 3:30 that my car was done. I was picked up about 10 minutes later. When I got to Boucher to pick up my car, it had been washed and the inside windows cleaned. I later received a video that showed my car being checked over and advised there were no issues to be addressed. More

After telling Mike that another co-worker suggested scanning for codes to see if anything came up that would explain why my Maverick only gets 32,7 mpg Mike said,’ we can’t do it today’. I was hoping he would have offered to set up another date. After talking to the service manager they sent a mobile tech to my house to scan it. While no codes came up, it still only gets 32.7 mpg. There seems to be no explanation for this. More
