Brought in my new 2020 Escape (purchased here) in for "the works" service. I booked my appt online which was a very efficient process. I waited in their comfortable customer lounge and my service was co "the works" service. I booked my appt online which was a very efficient process. Everything was checked over, oil changed, fluids topped off, lights and wipers checked, and tires rotated. I had enough Ford points to cover the whole thing and I'm good for another 5K miles. :) More

Took the vehicle in because the engine light went on. I gave them paperwork from AutoZone. They made an adjustment on the gas inlet and reset the vehicle.
