I had a leaking transmission that was making terrible noises on my 2020 Explorer. All other dealership I had called (including the one I leased the car from) pushed my service out by at least a month, a noises on my 2020 Explorer. All other dealership I had called (including the one I leased the car from) pushed my service out by at least a month, and couldn't help me in the meantime. Mercedes in the service department KNEW I should not be driving myself and my kids around in that car and got me in right away and set me up with a loaner vehicle from a local car rental place. They fixed my car in less than a week (over a holiday weekend as well!) and I was back in my car. I can't say enough good things about Mercedes and her colleagues in the service department! Got this baseball mom back on the road, safely hauling kids around! More
