Joe Jubran was great! I purchased a new Ford Bronco from him. He helped me get comfortable with the new technology and assured me he would be available if I had questions about it in the future. I have only had the truck for 2 weeks and it was a certified used with only 39000. I tried the heated seats and the driver side did not work. It is clear it did not work when I bought it. The warranty did cover the repairs, but I had to pay $100 out of pocket. This issue should have been caught in the CPO inspection or absorbed by the dealership not me. I appreciate the repairs were done quickly, but I should not have had out of pocket expense on this issue that was wrong when I purchased the truck. More
