Disappointed when I found out the Tech didn't read his paperwork and rotated my tires without asking. The tech also dug thru my truck looking for a lug nut lock that wasn't needed. Got good, quick service. I was glad that Emil had the time to chat with me for a bit. He is the one who sold me my Escape. Overall a very nice experience. I was greeting at the service entrance. Mercedes promptly checked me in for the 12:30 appointment.
