Had to go into the dealership and ask why our certified vehicle wasn’t granted 3 free oil changes ... had my wife & baby waiting in the car for about 20 minutes. I traveled 2 hours to see a car that fit my needs. Emil was friendly and helpful without ever being 'pushy'. Every time you call the service department no one answers. Had an appointment for a oil change and a tire rotation 3 + hours later my vehicle still isn't in the shop.
