Unimpressed! Service Tech Mercedes was a delight to work with, unfortunately for her the Mechanics attention to detail and Ford parts cost are ridiculous. The mechanic was unable to locate my Lug Nut key in the glove box after being told the exact location. Tire rotation was not completed because of the mechanics inability to located the lug nut key. Ford also recommends I get all new lug nuts for the entire truck since they were warped or expanded from heat (sounds like BS or just poor manufactured parts). $9 per lug nut is what I was told, there are 24 lug nuts on my truck …….. you do the math. More
