We can chat through email. Mine is dpaull@wi.rr.com. The basics are that I had a recall and an issue with rain flooding the interior of the car. Parts were ordered and I wait 3 weeks for an appointment. When I brought the car in, I also mentioned a burned out turn signal bulb. This was on a Friday. I was told that it might not be completed that day. I got no call that day for a status. When I called the following Monday, I was told my advisor was out sick and no one was looking at the car. It wasn't until Wednesday that I was told the car was ready. I couldn't pick it up until Thursday due to conflicts of schedules on my side. I was told that part of the delay was the recall part was defective and another had to ordered. This was only relayed once the car was done, not during the long wait. The car interior flooding was another pain. This was the third or fourth time I brought the car in for this issue. Now I was told that Ford and a "kit" to correct the problem, but I would have to pay for it, now that the car was not under warranty. Sounds like a design flaw and should have been fixed under warranty originally. By the way, I don't think the kit fixed the problem as there is still water in the interior of the car.
