In addition to an oil change, I had my tires rotated. However, they did not put air into the tires. They were all over in psi = 37-45 psi. One or two psi is one thing, but 8 is not cool. Brought my vehicle in for one problem and my vehicle came back with more issues. A very loud noise is now coming from underneath my truck. Also, my wire to my blower is cut. My blower was always working but back with more issues. A very loud noise is now coming from underneath my truck. Also, my wire to my blower is cut. My blower was always working but now it’s clearly been cut. I would rather bring my vehicle to the dealership that specializes in Ford trucks but, I can’t trust them. This is the sad part about this. I don’t know where to take my truck. So when I drive my kids this winter, they are going to be freezing in my truck. All I will get is, I’m sorry that happened but there’s nothing we can do. I know I’m not the only one who has had this experience and whoever is sabotaging people vehicle in hopes of getting more business needs to be fired. I hope future customers are able to read this review before they get lied to like I was. More

Everything went fine except for when I looked over the work order. The wrong mileage was put in the in/out box. The mileage when I brought it in was 18,615, The mileage on the work order is entered as 2 work order. The wrong mileage was put in the in/out box. The mileage when I brought it in was 18,615, The mileage on the work order is entered as 25,970. I called service about it and they said they would look into it, but I haven't heard anything about it. Please check this out and correct it.
