Horrible experience! The transmission on my vehicle Horrible experience! The transmission on my vehicle (under 60k miles) needs to be replaced, known issue and has an active service bulletin). The repair is covered under warranty and Boucher Lincoln has had my vehicle for 2 days and has not assisted me with a loaner vehicle. They have no consideration for people who need a vehicle to earn a living. I called and spoke to Joe England who claimed to be the GM. Joe is very short with customers and rude! Joe said either him or "Roy" would call me back with some type of resolution, I am still waiting to hear back. If I could move vehicle and take it to a different Lincoln dealer I definitely would. Very unprofessional. More

Recently purchased a Lincoln MKC from Gordie Boucher and it was the least stressful car purchase ever. Nick, the internet salesperson was very helpful and the pre-approval process helped to solidify the nu it was the least stressful car purchase ever. Dealership sales manager approached us twice during the process to ask if we needed anything. Business manager, Matt was very organized and the paperwork was all digital, which expedited the entire process. Vehicle was priced right and trade -in fairly assessed. Would highly recommend this dealership. More
