This was for a body shop work. The body shop service representatives were awesome the way they treated me and the work. Even though there were long queues for appointments they hel The body shop service representatives were awesome the way they treated me and the work. Even though there were long queues for appointments they helped me by providing me the earliest window by adjusting their service schedule. The car had to be kept for 2-3 days and without asking they offered be with a rental car. The customer experience has been awesome that way, and body shop representatives demonstrated through their behaviours and treatment that they really care! Awesome job! More

The car was beautifully cleaned and all my concerns were repaired and serviced. The service writer (Dawn Kelly) is a charming and helpful professional. The only problem that I had was my appointment was f repaired and serviced. The service writer (Dawn Kelly) is a charming and helpful professional. The only problem that I had was my appointment was for Thursday and it didn’t get addressed until Monday. I understand that mechanics had called in sick and these things happen.
