My first strictly online order and it was awesome! We waited 9 months for our brand new Lincoln Navigator SUV that we ordered and then when we went to finally pick it up, there were scratch and swirl marks on the brand new car! We then showed it to our s SUV that we ordered and then when we went to finally pick it up, there were scratch and swirl marks on the brand new car! We then showed it to our salesperson Greg, he was great and got the service people involved. The service manager kept asking us to view it in different lights when there clearly was an issue no matter what light it was viewed in. They finally agreed that yes it was a problem, but the soonest that they could possibly get it in to correct the issue was a month out. Disappointed to say the least. More

I worked with Gus Hollo to purchase a Lincoln Navigator. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and I picked up the car within a couple of days. When I arrived at the dealership the car and paper He answered all my questions in a timely manner and I picked up the car within a couple of days. When I arrived at the dealership the car and paperwork were ready to go, out of the door within an hour. Gus has been very responsive to my questions regarding service as well. More
