just now NEW THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH AN OPEN RECALL! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I traded in my minivan for a different minivan. The salesman even helped me MOVE MY CARSEATS over to the new minivan. The 2012 Honda Odyssey i purchased on the trade in had a recall for the middle seats not attaching. Today my KIDS FACE was SLAMMED into the back of my seat due to this known recall issue SMASHING HIS FACE and KNOCKED OUT HIS TOOTH. This known recall put my children’s LIVES AT RISK increasing the chances of injury. THE DEALERSHIP KNEW ABOUT THIS RECAL PRIOR TO SALE and chose not to get it fixed or inform me of it. I am willing to spend more money on purchasing a car from a reputable dealer with the expectation that is is inspected and safe. This was not the case with the minivan I purchased, it ended up being a $15000 DEATH TRAP FOR MY CHILDREN More
To not be hounded and asked to buy filters (air and cabin which several times I did do) with every oil change or change brake fluid was a COMPLETE relief. I did get the dates mixed up. I went to the dealership to have service done a day early but I’m coming from an hour and a half away and they said they could accommodate me. They told me that I would be done by noon 1230 at noon they still hadn’t even taken my car into service it. No one bothered to come and tell me, that’s pretty bad. If you tell a customer that you can accommodate them and take care of them knowing the situation you should be able to provide that got to the dealership at 8:21 did not leave until after 215. Then I was told they could not fix my heated seats because they were aftermarket it would have to be sent out and they would have to find out who did it. The dealership was the ones that sent out the car to have the heated seats put in and there should’ve been a record, now it’s being taken care of but again it’s something that should’ve been addressed right away and wasn’t this is the first time that everything didn’t go so smooth I haven’t had any complaints before except for a couple of the people that work there but that has also been taken care of. All and all I am satisfied with the service just not with the way that things were handled. It should’ve been handled so much better if there was an issue getting me in after the fact I should have been advised of that I shouldn’t of had to ask, is my vehicle almost ready when it wasn’t even being serviced yet really need to improve on customer service More
