I’m so happy with my new Nissan Rogue 22 in red. Scott made it possible for me. Even tho with the situation we’re having right now that the cars are counted I came out happy. I brought my car in for service, a few filter replacements and an oil change. It had been making a loud noise but it was tolerable. When they gave me my car back the noise was so loud it hurt my replacements and an oil change. It had been making a loud noise but it was tolerable. When they gave me my car back the noise was so loud it hurt my ears. I called back to tell them and the person who had fixed my car had already left. I was also told I needed a new catalytic converter and a few other things and was given an estimate of almost $4000. I brought my car to Wisconsin Muffler after I left the dealer and they fixed the problem for $120. I showed them the paperwork I got from the dealership and they looked at my car and said I didn’t need any of that fixed apart from a part on my exhaust pipe that they were able to fix for the price I mentioned. I cannot believe I was made to think all this stuff was wrong with my car by you, the dealership when it fact it was only a minor repair. You have lost me as a customer. I don’t trust you and I will make sure to let everyone I know who has a Nissan to never ever bring their car here. More
