Typical salesman and finance manager adding things that weren't wanted. Feel we got screwed over. Adding $3,000 to the price that was on the sticker then miraculously oh we are giving you a $3,000 discount weren't wanted. Feel we got screwed over. Adding $3,000 to the price that was on the sticker then miraculously oh we are giving you a $3,000 discount which includes a $999 so and so package which I told them I did not want, but once we got in the finance office it was still on there. I know you have to make some money off the deal but to twist words and to screw with people's minds when they're tired, and then bribe them with a TV isn't very professional if you ask me. The only reason you didn't get one star is because my wife is at least happy with the vehicle but our experience with the salesman Nick and the finance manager Nikolai weren't the greatest. Next time I'll go to the Honda dealer down the block, at least they were up front and honest about everything they told us. More
