I just moved to the state and I had considered other dealers for service. When I contacted other dealers for basic service, I could tell they were trying to take me for a ride. Ultimately, I decided it was worth the 35 minute drive to give Boucher a try. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Duke greeted me, and treated me with respect. My service was to be handled by one of the other service writers, and she was very pleasant too. When my car was done, they did not try to upsell, they took the time to explain. They get it. I can spend my money anywhere, but they are proving to me that my business is important to them. I think I found a new home for my service too! More
