I arrived at my scheduled appointment to purchase my 3-yr leased Nissan Rogue Sport. Nick, the salesman had everything ready for me and there was no pressure to purchase a new leased auto. My car has been fine to drive and I believe purchasing it was the right thing to do. I had been trying to cancel a "ding shield" program on the car since I drove off the lot 3 years ago and no one ever was able to help me with that problem. However, Drew Herrig, was able to help me big time. He did the financial part of the end of lease and was able to have a full refund for me. It was not easy. We had talked about it for months. In the end, he was able to get a personal check refunded to me from the Boucher dealership. (I believe it had to be a "goodwill" gesture on the part of the dealership because of the lapse of time.) This young man worked so hard at getting me the refund I cannot say enough for his efforts. He delivered the check personally to me at work. I have never had such excellent care from a person in any capacity. His care and willingness to go out of his way to help me should be noted and rewarded. Thank you so much Nick and Drew. The experience was great, but your service department needs to listen to the customer. It was nice to get a full tank of gas, but we spent that and more going back and forth to the service department.3 needs to listen to the customer.
