Duke is the man. Honest, no xxxxxxxx and gets the job done. I've been dealing with him for years now, and every outcome has been more than satisfactory. Attention to detail, knowledge and experience are the keys to success in a dealer service department and Mr. Huffman checks all the boxes. He definitely takes the bad name out of new car dealership service! He takes as much time as needed to thoroughly explain the situation, present solutions, have a great laugh or maybe even discover a new sandwich shop to eat at!!! Duke has a great team of service writers and an equally great team of technicians. Always a friendly and pleasant experience.
