Poor customer service by Huffman Sent email to Chris Hanson yesterday... no response. Came in for oil/ rotating tire special... 10.00 discount Advisor said might want to address bat Sent email to Chris Hanson yesterday... no response. Came in for oil/ rotating tire special... 10.00 discount Advisor said might want to address battery, torn belt, and coolant flush in future as car was parked by doors and ready to go. Price totaled over 500.00 -I said going on one road trip - he said could have it done now....I didn’t realize in email offer that if 500.00 spent get 50.00 discount. I know now it said only one offer to be used. -advisor could have said ... will ring you up for 10.00 discount and you can pay the 39.00 for oil / rotation. Then we can take car back into shop and do new 500.00 job and you can get 50.00 discount. Or could say we can give you 50.00 discount and take away 10.00 discount . Or tell me to set up new appointment this week to use the 50.00 discount for 500.00 job Bottom line... not interested in reducing my bill.... very poor customer service Now considering taking my balance else where,-invoice number 408744 More
