Too much time to get final results We came in on July 31 to look for a Nissan vehicle...We choose the 2019 Altima...Brooke was very kind and patient while we waited for the finance mana We came in on July 31 to look for a Nissan vehicle...We choose the 2019 Altima...Brooke was very kind and patient while we waited for the finance manager (?) took more than an hour to come up with some final numbers (I never saw what it would cost to lease the Altima). Then told the car we wanted was in Chicago area. When the car arrived the next evening, I noticed that the vehicle had more than 200 miles on it. All the online information I saw indicated that those were not acceptable miles for a "new" car...I was given a 32" flat screen TV to assuage my concerns...Sorry, but the entire experience was frustrating, and shouldn't have been. I also was not told that the Altima SR didn't have a GPS....Had to purchase a Garmin for $285 at Best Buy. I also had to bring the car in this week to have an alloy wheel refinished...Hope things go more smoothly in the future.... More

Found the perfect fit for us! Brooke was a very honest and helpful sales person. We were shocked to hear that she was an intern. We were really just kicking tires because we stil Brooke was a very honest and helpful sales person. We were shocked to hear that she was an intern. We were really just kicking tires because we still had 2 months left on our lease. She found a car that was the perfect fit for us and we were able to turn in our leased Rogue and get right into a new 2018 never titled Rogue Sport at a price we could fit into our budget. I know that she is getting ready to go back to school and that will definitely be Boucher's loss. I have no doubt that Brooke will be very successful as she finishes school and enters into the rest of her life. Great job Brookie!!! More
