Easy transaction Came in for a recall. Easy to deal with and they let me borrow a vehicle while they worked on mine. I was also there for my rear mounted camera which Came in for a recall. Easy to deal with and they let me borrow a vehicle while they worked on mine. I was also there for my rear mounted camera which we found out was going to cost $400 more than I was quoted so I elected to not have that service done. I wish I would have known that after we already put $400 into trying to fix the problem. I understand that those things happen, but there really wasn’t any compensation offer. I get it but it still puts a sour taste in your mouth. More

Waiting for Nothing My tire pressure light had turned on that morning. I had been to the service center 1.5 weeks before for the same problem. I was told then that they could find nothing wrong. My car was taken in pretty quickly. While sitting in the waiting room, I could actually see the technicians examining my car. About a half hour later I saw them take my car out. Up to this point no one had come to tell me the progress of the service. After close to another half an hour of waiting, knowing my car was not being looked at, I went out to the service desk and inquired about what was happening. The gentleman who took care of me said he was just waiting. I told him I had seen my car taken out a long time ago and was wondering what was going on. He said he was waiting for information about two sensors that needed to be replaced. I was agitated that this info was never shared with me. The cost of the two sensors was over $400! They found nothing wrong with the tires nor the rims. The service guy seemed bothered by me and my situation. He didn't explain my options until I questioned him about my options for fixing this. Since the cost was ridiculous for the sensors, I decided to leave. He never thanked me for bringing my car in for service. I usually have good service here but this experience left me with a decision of whether or not to come back here. More

I was not offered any help.I had seen a particular Nissan model while researching which interested me, so I decided to visit Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. Before I could even get to the front door, I was greeted by a charming young lady, Julia Hansen. After some pleasantries, I indicated that I was interested in the Nissan Kicks. Julia readily made a test drive available to me. I was pleased with the performance and promised to return once I had obtained the appropriate financing. Several days later, a lot of bargaining went on - I was pretty stubborn in what I was willing to pay. Julia remained totally professional and positive throughout the entire negotiation. Ultimately, I purchased the Nissan Kicks SR for a very fair and reasonable price and received a very fair price for my trade-in.,,,,,my best auto purchasing experience to date. Thanks, Julia! More
