Nissan Rogue Purchase/service I purchased my vehicle in December 31st. The salesman was very nice. That morning I received a text message from a manager there stating that with it I purchased my vehicle in December 31st. The salesman was very nice. That morning I received a text message from a manager there stating that with it being end of year he could make me a great offer to come back and purchase. I responded, but when I got there, he wasn’t even there and there was not offer ready for me. If I would have known this, I would have chosen another day than New Years Eve to go in, as I was busy that day with family. Also, with rushing, I signed up for the extended warranty, which I came in a few days later to cancel. It is almost mid-March and that still has not been reversed and has caused me to pay more in interest and hold up the loan from being paid off. I also went in to pick my car up from being serviced and my car mat was missing. This caused me to stay at the dealer much longer than expected. That’s staff is extremely friendly..I would just suggest that some processes get streamlined to not impact customers time so much. Also, when trying to get a client in stating there will be an offer ready, have an offer ready. Keep your word and be transparent. As far as Dan, I have been very happy with him, and his service, so I am trusting this rating will not fall on him, as I do not know all of the names I worked with. Thank you. More

Amazing Service! I was dreading bringing my vehicle in to be fixed. After speaking to Dennis, he had me in within 5 days. Although I didn't get the greatest news, Denn I was dreading bringing my vehicle in to be fixed. After speaking to Dennis, he had me in within 5 days.
