The dealership. Is clean and comfortable. Emily greeted me in the parking lot with a smile and although it was extremely hot outside, she spent the next half hour an Is clean and comfortable. Quick and polite. ..but when I make a reservation via the Web it makes me a new customer instead of a returning customer.
