Experienced courteous people at the dealership when I came for my appointment. They checked the vehicle for any additional needs not scheduled and gave me a quotation. The service agent coached me on a f came for my appointment. They checked the vehicle for any additional needs not scheduled and gave me a quotation. The service agent coached me on a feature of my auto I was not aware of, which was great. Service was for a recall. I had to contact the dealer more than once after receiving the recall notice before they responded. I wasn’t pleased with the failure to respond. When they did respond on my subsequent contact they informed me that the service would be scheduled later because they didn’t have the parts yet. They promised to call me when parts came in, and that is what they did. From the time I was notified by Volvo by mail of the recall until service was completed was around four months. That’s quite awhile to wait. But overall, the experience was good. More
