I purchased my F-150 from Gosch Ford Sept 2015. Kenn Olsen has always been my Service Adviser. As a women, now of 75, it is wonderful to have a Service Adviser that understands that just because Kenn Olsen has always been my Service Adviser. As a women, now of 75, it is wonderful to have a Service Adviser that understands that just because I'm a women, now with graying hair, I do know my truck and what needs to be done it keep it running. So many other Service Advisers/mechanics think women know very little to nothing about a vehicle. I do respect and listen to Kenn when he does advise me that my truck needs something more than the "normal" maintenance. I don't know what I'm going to do when Kenn finally retires. I can only hope that when that happens Gosch Ford as someone just a good and understanding as Kenn. Thank you Kenn for such great service. More
