I stopped by to do some fact finding on the Bronco Sport for my daughter and I was met by Bailey. First, this was the only dealership in the area willing to hit the price I needed. Everyone I interacted with was warm and helpful, even though I wasn't able to arrive at the dealership until an hour befor to hit the price I needed. Everyone I interacted with was warm and helpful, even though I wasn't able to arrive at the dealership until an hour before closing to do the deal, which in turn meant that everyone had to work late. Then when I discovered something missing, the general manager was willing to send someone on a 40 minute drive to make it right for me. Excellent. More
