I purchased a new used RAV4 adventure then a few days later I wanted to exchange for a rav4 hybrid they also had for sale. When I called and asked about it, my sales person Mohamad said I could not get t later I wanted to exchange for a rav4 hybrid they also had for sale. When I called and asked about it, my sales person Mohamad said I could not get that vehicle because it was at Gosch Toyota in Hemet and not Temecula. It was listed on the Gosch ford Temecula website and I thought it wouldn't be a problem because the vehicle I purchased also came from the Hemet location. I called again the same day and asked again if I could the hybrid rav4 I wanted, and if he could ask somebody else. Mohamad put me in touch with 'his boss' Chaz. Chaz called me back and said I CAN exchange for the rav4 I wanted. I asked if they could get it sent to the Temecula location. When I went there that evening I found they sent the wrong vehicle over. Mohamad said they couldn't get the correct one sent over that evening because it was too late, even though this was around 6pm and the hemet location still had another hour until closing. I came back the next day and they had the correct vehicle which I quickly decided to trade to. I asked for some kind of discount for my inconvenience for the whole ordeal, but they refused. I am happy with the vehicle I was able to get finally, but it did leave a negative impact on my opinion of Gosch Ford. I also regret buying the only offered dealer extended warranty because it was way over priced and only for 60,000 miles/5 years of coverage. I later found out most dealers offer a 100k warranty.
