Plan to pay $165. 00 for them to look at your vehicle, no work. A rep tried to charge me $900+ for an oil change and brakes… He tried to charge for 3 diagnostic codes e 00 for them to look at your vehicle, no work. A rep tried to charge me $900+ for an oil change and brakes… He tried to charge for 3 diagnostic codes even though they found no problem. They don’t communicate, so you have to call in to get updates unless you are ok being out of a vehicle for two weeks for minor issues. After finding out what the lastest issue was with my truck they wanted to charge 1000 to replace the bearings in one wheel. They said I should do both front bearings even though the other wasn’t having any issues. $2100.00. I a note able mechanic shop and they said motorcraft parts and labor $450.00. They must be used to people that trust and pay. Be smart and ask questions unless you just don’t care overspending. Every time I call ahead to have my vehicle ready to be picked up they say yes it’s ready then I show up and it takes 20 minutes for them to pull the car around. There was supposedly ready. I always came because there was always some kind of warranty issue. This is my last visit for both of our Fords. They post that they have the best ratings. I literally don’t know how that’s possible.
