Turned in my F250 diesel for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter change. Met with Service Advisor Samantha Masuguchi. Samantha was ON TIME, courteous, and answered all of my questions. She rotation, and fuel filter change. Met with Service Advisor Samantha Masuguchi. Samantha was ON TIME, courteous, and answered all of my questions. She had allocated 2- 4 hours for my vehicle to be completed, and it was done sooner than I thought it would be. Samantha even went as far as offering a free car wash before picking it up, as the dealership's car wash had been down, and had been fixed at the time my truck was done. Her timing was impeccable, and the service performed was excellent, with zero issues. Samantha also made sure that my Ford rewards points were added to my account. Great Service Advisor! I highly recommend dealing with her, and Gosch Ford Temecula! More

Service Rep, Kenn Olson is an outstanding person possessing the qualities of honesty and integrity. He worked hard to navigate the repair of our Ford Explorer working directly with Ford to reduce a possessing the qualities of honesty and integrity. He worked hard to navigate the repair of our Ford Explorer working directly with Ford to reduce and cover most of the cost for repairs to our car when the warranty had recently expired. In addition, he arranged and paid for a rental car for nearly two weeks. I will always be sure to use Gosch Ford and Kenn Olson when servicing my Ford Explorer and F-150. More
