Mr. Kenn Olson was very helpful and had a 'we will find a way attitude'. I came in for recall service and my situation was complex, because of a difference in my recall letter and Kenn's computed information way attitude'. He made calls and and actually went to talk to individuals, face to face to find out the facts and options. His dedication for mission accomplishment was obvious. I had to go to work in a few hours and I though that I would either have to go through the process of getting a rental or I would have to return to receive service. Kenn exceeded my expected end state and my truck was services and returned just over an hour later. I hope Kenn is available on my next visit. 6 stars for Kenn! More
