Raymond and Rachelle were very attentive and exceeded all expectations. We had some electrical issues with our family SUV and Raymond did a great job getting me in and out while explaining everything in det expectations. Close to the freeway, very courteous staff, asked me about coupons that I may have as a return customer, fast service; I was in and out in no time! They have clean waiting rooms with electrical outlets about coupons that I may have as a return customer, fast service; I was in and out in no time! They have clean waiting rooms with electrical outlets for charging while you wait and offered a ride if I wanted to drop car off. They did a courtesy wash and offered free water bottle due to COVID. All in all wonderful experience, reasonable prices, excellent service, friendly staff. Thanks GOSH Ford Temecula - I will be back again for all my service appointments. More
