Emergency repair we were on our way to Big Bear for a Jeep outing and it was approximately 3:30pm on a Friday before Memorial Weekend and My truck started to overheat we were on our way to Big Bear for a Jeep outing and it was approximately 3:30pm on a Friday before Memorial Weekend and My truck started to overheat going up the grade on the 15 to Rainbow so i called and spoke with Mike the service advisor and he said if i could get the truck to the dealership he would have a tech take a look at it to determine what was wrong. when i arrived Mike immediately had Justin a tech come out and start looking at the truck hooking up his lap top and running diagnostics. a few minutes later Rigo the mechanic showed up he had just dropped off his daughter at the dentist and came back to work specifically to look at my truck which he determined it was my fan clutch. Mike quoted the repairs and Rigo and Justin agreed to stay late and change out the fan clutch with they did in record time and all was good. we were back on the road. i would highly recommend this dealership for service work.Thank You for your help. More
