William was so great! I went to purchase a car with my father, who is someone most would call “uneasy.” A very anxious and stuck in his ways man. We just wanted to get his feet wet and see what Gosch would be able to for us considering my dads credit isn’t great. We walked out with a 2019 490 Mi escape for 19k 😱 I was fully expecting this to be a stressful situation but William made it quick and painless! He was so patient, knowledgeable, friendly, not at all pushy or aggressive like some salesman can be.. we truly feel like it was meant to be.
